One of the things we’ve come to love about Mitchell Grove is how often the music comes from the people already gathered here.
As we’ve welcomed more couples over the years, we’ve noticed a wonderful pattern. Friends who are talented DJs. Family members who play guitar or fiddle. Couples who met through music. Even one wedding where guests wandered over to a collection of instruments and simply started playing together.
Those moments are some of our favorites because they are so genuine. They’re not performances for strangers—they’re gifts shared among the people who know and love each other.
Of course, you’re also welcome to bring a professional band or DJ within our generous approved vendor list. Amplified music is part of many wonderful celebrations here at Mitchell Grove with the redwoods standing as witnesses.
