Handcrafted wooden trough cooler from the Mitchell Grove lending closet, filled with ice and bottled drinks for guests at a Northern California orchard wedding. For outdoor use only, as it naturally leaks.
We found this antique cattle trough for the Lending Closet because it was just so cool looking. At first, we imagined it as the world’s largest salad bowl, but couples tend to use it as a rustic ice cooler for drinks. It leaks a bit—perfectly fine for outdoor use—and we love seeing how each couple makes it their own.
